Hand attached black vinyl heart with 20” fringe attached.

A wash test shows that, washed inside out, the fringe WILL tangle but untangles easily by hand. Do not dry and wash cold/gentle.

I am wearing a size L, my typical size, but would feel comfortable sizing up or down for preference.
