Most of our garments are in stock and ready to ship.  In the event they are made to order, they will still ship out within 5 business days (see individual listings for details).   Should you need a specific delivery time, feel free to write us a message in the comment section of your order or email info@amandavalentine.com and we will accommodate the best we can!

When your item ships, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking number of your shipment.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

- Orders within the US ship via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive in 2-3 business days after production. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
- All orders ship with delivery confirmation which can be used to track your package. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the USPS.
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
- Standard shipping does NOT include insurance.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

- International orders ship via First Class Mail and arrive in 7-14 days after production for most countries but can take up to 3 weeks. Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
- Most international orders include tracking information. International tracking information is not updated as frequently as domestic shipments and may cease updating once the package leaves the US. We are unable to provide tracking information beyond that supplied by the USPS.
- We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Please double check your billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages.
- Standard shipping does NOT include insurance. 
- We will not mark an item as a "gift" or reduce the stated value of the package. This is illegal, and we can be penalized heavily for doing so. 
- Customs and import duties are levied by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility.

RETURNS

If for any reason an item does not work out for you, we gladly offer FREE returns and exchanges for store credit within 14 days of receipt. We do NOT offer cash refunds at this time. To request a return, please email  info@amandavalentine.com  with your order number, and one of our team members will get back to you shortly!

  • Return shipping is on us!
  • Store credit never expires and is issued in the form of a digital gift card.
  • Please ensure returned garments are unworn and in good condition, or additional charges may apply.
  • If you would like to exchange an item, you will be able to place a new order for a replacement garment upon receiving your store credit, and your replacement will be produced within the regular 10-14 business days.
  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please email info@amandavalentine.com  with your order number and a photo of the garment, and we'll take care of you!

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Unfortunately, as each garment is made to order, we are unable to cancel an order after it is placed and working its way through our production process.

In some circumstances, we can add to/combine multiple orders to save on shipping costs. To combine multiple orders, e-mail us at info@amandavalentine.com within 48 hours of your initial order. Changes to line items (e.g., switching the size or color) must be requested within 48 hours of placing your order. Requests made outside this 48-hour window may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

If you need to make a change to your shipping address, e-mail us at info@amandavalentine.com as soon as possible. We can change the address as long as the package has not left our facility. Unfortunately, we cannot reroute a package once it has shipped.
